Factors Affecting the Performance of State Civil Services in Makassar City Social Services Post Covid 19 Pandemic

The problem discussed in this study is the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which tends to not describe high performance due ability and motivation factors it has as implications of covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, aims identify analyze that affect ASN at Makassar City Social Service after Covid-19 research method used descriptive-qualitative method. unit analysis includes primary data sources, are a number collected from 24 informants consisting 22 structural officials 2 staff 1 street child who considered representative was chosen purposively.. Secondary sources obtained documents related focus. results indicate influence can be seen aspect ASN's motivation. factor consists intellectual physical abilities. Intellectual shows there 3 sub-indicators most determine ASN, namely, numerical intelligence, verbal comprehension spatial visualization.
